I wish I could draw steampunk as well as you though, he was supposed to have a steampunk look minus the clothes, but I don't think it worked.

I know there is, but each time I try I just can't seem to make it, I already have amazing designs in my head, but each time I try to draw any of it, be it by hand or on my com, I just can't seem to create it... I used to actually be better at stuff like that when I was still seven or so.

Try completely copying a design for practice, to get the look, then try your own.
